The Adventurer

For those who want more hiking adventures in your life and uncertain how to take the next step.

  • (1) 40-50 minute coaching call.

In our coaching call, we will explore and address things that may be blocking you from living “a life of more.” We will set intentions for taking your next step on the trails.


The Trailblazer

For those who want to pave a solid foundation to propel yourself forward toward achieving your hiking goals.

  • (3) 50 minute coaching sessions over 2 months.

    You’re hitting the trails and wanting to reach higher, but not really sure why you’re not getting there yet. You’re independent and want a little push to launch your goals forward. I’m here to help. In our sessions, we remain focused on your agenda. I meet you where you’re at and push you only as much as you want to be challenged. We lay the foundation by addressing any inner blocks or limiting beliefs, and create actions plans before you fly solo.


The Conqueror

For those who desire an individually tailored plan to fit your evolving skills and needs.

  • (9) 50 minute coaching sessions over 6 months.

 You know what you want and you choose to be a go-getter. You are independent, you’re a badass. This is about setting you up for success from start to finish. We do all the foundational work in “The Trailblazer” package, and we up the playing field by staying connected. Because as you move along your hiking journey and conquering different trails with different terrains, you may experience different challenges. As your skills and ability evolve, we modify our plans accordingly, always remaining flexible whilst staying with your agenda and celebrating successes along the way.

  1. You’ve heard about the SoCal Six-Pack of Peaks Challenge and think it’s badass. You have a secret desire to conquer it, but no idea where to start. Sure, you know other people who’ve done it. But this isn’t a goal obtainable for you, you tell yourself. Because how can it ever happen if your definition of exercise is getting up from the couch and walking to the kitchen? You admire the go-getters and you want that, too. But you don’t know how you’ll ever be that person. You feel stuck and hopeless.

  2. On your Bucket List is summiting Mount Whitney. You know you want to use SoCal Six-Pack of Peaks as preparation for this bigger dream, and have been doing smaller hikes. But hiking 3 miles is a trek. You know you need to be doing more, but at the rate you’re going, you’re wondering if you’re actually ever going to cross this one off your list. Is this too tall of an order? You find yourself doubting your own capabilities.

The TRUTH…

The feelings you are experiencing are completely normal. Doubt and fear can exist; there are also practical ways you can move through them. You can get UNSTUCK. You are CAPABLE. There is HOPE. You can ACCOMPLISH your goals and check summits off your list. I can work with you and help you get there. You ALREADY have what you need to get there. The hard part is to DESIRE it. And you already do. The fact that you feel stuck, hopeless, doubt, fear…means that there is OPPORTUNITY to move THROUGH it. You just need a little help to channel your inner BADASS and find your INNER WILD.
